We accept the cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

We accept returning products. The customer has the right to request a return within 30 days of receipt

Photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video
